“SensXual” (spoken like the word “sensual”) is a term I coined to include 2 words in one: sensual and sexual. Sensual is your sensorial reality, the one that includes your 5+ senses. Sexual is your sexual reality that includes your turn-on and pleasure energies, as well as anything pertaining to your sexual body, organs, nature and being. Writing it like this avoids redundancy and also avoids any censors on social media/platforms.

Our work together INCLUDES your Sensuality AND Sexuality as part of your innate essence to honor the whole picture of who you are on a holistic healing path towards true happiness & authentic wellbeing!

In somatic coaching we:      

• Cultivate mindful awareness of the body in the present moment, 

• Explore the body’s feelings, experiences & sensations 

• Identify contractions & resistance in the body  

• Welcome & meet inner parts of yourself with love & safety 

• Create inner alignment with your desires

• Rewrite loving, new pathways to realize your dreams!

While there may be overlaps, It’s important to be clear that coaching is not psychotherapy and there are important differences to note. Neither one is better than the other, it just depends on one’s needs:

Psychotherapy generally focuses on the past to the present and is designed to diagnose, treat or heal mental health issues, symptoms and illness. Therapy can be learning to survive and cope day to day, or go from dysfunction to function. 

On the other hand, coaching tends to look forward and focus from the present towards the future or desired goal; coaching is about going from functioning to flourishing and self-actualization, thriving in the future you desire. 

Coaching is a more co-creative process that works with a client’s inner wisdom and helps them take accountability, action and create solutions together more as equal, sovereign beings. Therapy is a relationship of doctor and patient, where the patient may be in a more passive role and receives diagnosis and treatment with the therapist as authority.

Therapy can be covered by health insurance because a patient has a diagnosis, whereas coaching typically is not covered by insurance because the focus is not treating a diagnosed illness.

There may be more factors if you research, but overall therapy is about surviving while coaching is about thriving!

Like any healing journey we take in life, there is a dance between Humanity & Grace~ what’s within our control and not. No outcome can be completely promised nor totally predicted… but we do have inner and outer tools within our power and will use these within our arc of working together. As your coach, I also choose to do my best to support you in your desired dreams and fully commit to walking together on this path, mirroring your self empowerment & sovereignty as a Being spiritually connected to their own divinity & accountable for their own wellbeing. YES! While the VITA certification has a focus on sex, love and relationships, the actual methodology can work for almost any desire. We can match the work to your core desire. I have helped people in many different areas of life: work & self esteem, psychic mediumship, writer’s block, and more. No ;) I work with all types of beautiful souls~ including the human spectrum of sexual identity, body, sexuality or gender… what matters is that we serve love and that we honor your sensxual energy, body and being in a sacred way.

Out of transparency, I currently am focusing on women’s sexuality ~ I work with people that identify as women & we can work sensually, sexually or energetically.

I am not specialized in men’s sexuality and there are other coaches I could recommend who do & have specific tools for this niche; but if you feel I have the transmission you need …or even if you want to work on another area of life that you want to liberate & manifest, we can see in a clarity call…

This can be discussed on a call~ most likely a 3 Session bundle is the smallest package I offer and depends on what serves the client/coach relationship~

If someone needs to build trust through relating and experience a taste of the work, this may be beneficial, but I find that 10 sessions is a good number of sessions to go through the process, do the work and achieve desired results.

Past clients are an exception to the rule and I offer smaller packages for people with whom I have already worked.

Once a client onboards, they can always add on sessions to extend their journey if needed.
